The Shareholders of Comodan Far East Ltd., are the Geographical Tours Ltd., and Mr. Amos Yudan. The Chairman of Comodan Far East Ltd. is Mr. Mulla Yaffe, a leading figure in the tourist industry and the owner of the Geographical Tours Ltd. Mr. Amos Yudan, The President and C.E.O of Comodan Far East Ltd., is a pioneer in Israel-China trade, who, since 1983, has been instrumental in the strengthening of commercial ties between China and Israel. During 1989 to 1992, The Israeli Government has asked Mr. Yudan to set up and manage Copeco Ltd., a company dedicated to building and establishing a business dialogue between the two countries. The company was established long before the official diplomatic relations between Israel and China. Mr. Yudan, in his capacity as the Chairman of Israel China/Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, has initiated many delegations to and from China, and many agreements between the two countries. Mr. Yudan paved the bridge of commercial co-operation between the leaders of the two nations. Since 1992, Comodan Far East Ltd., has implemented many projects between China and Israel, maintaining offices in Israel (Tel Aviv), in China (Beijing) and agencies in four provinces in China. The offices are being staffed by experienced professional Chinese personnel.
